Choc chip muesli cups

Combine dry ingredients:

1 cup oats

1/4 cup dark choc chips

1/4 cup pepitas

1/4 cup sunflower seeds

1/4 cup chia seeds

1/4 cup raw nuts

1/4 cup shredded coconut

1 and a half tablespoons cinnamon

In a saucepan melt:

1/2 cup butter or coconut oil (or combination of both)

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Mix everything together, squish into a small silicon cupcake mould and pop in the freezer. Ready to eat in 20 minutes! Can be stored in the fridge.
