Makes 2 side dishes
Ingredients:
1 bunch broccolini
1 bunch asparagus
1/2 bunch silverbeet/kale – stems cut out
1 leek
3-4 cloves garlic
Butter
Salt
Method:
Have a saucepan of hot water and a fry pan for frying. Slice the leek and finely chop the garlic and cook on a medium-high heat in butter until soft. Cook broccolini, asparagus and silverbeet for 2-3 mins in lightly boiling water. Drain and add to the frying pan with a little more butter. Fry for a couple of minutes to mix together and serve.
