Garlic and Rosemary Seed Crackers

Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celcius. Combine

½ cup sunflower seeds          ½ cup pepitas        ½ cup flaxseed / linseed

¼ cup chia seeds               ¼ cup sesame seeds   ½ tsp salt

½ tsp crushed garlic      ½ tsp dried rosemary (or mixed herbs)

1 cup water

in a bowl and leave for 15 minutes. Then spread the mixture out onto baking paper or a silicone tray and make it nice and thin. Bake for 30 minutes and then take out and slice or score the crackers. Bake for another 20-30 minutes or until crisp and then cool and store in an airtight container.
