Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups Basil
1/3 cup Pine Nuts (toasted)
3/4 cup Parmesan
2/3 cup Olive Oil
1 tsp. Minced Garlic
2 tsp. Tomato Paste
Salt and Pepper to taste
Method:
Add all ingredients except oil into a blender and mix, slowly adding the oil as it blends. Jar up and serve! Keep in the fridge.
